and follow the following rules and regulations:
Call the Security Guardhouse (239-992-7691) and inform the guards when you have a guest arriving. If you have a guest arriving and the security guards have not been properly advised of such, the security guards will call your residence to seek permission to allow entry. Please know that if the guards cannot make contact with you to obtain permission to allow your guest entry, your guest will be denied entry.
Please remember that solicitation is not allowed in Hunters Ridge. If someone comes to your residence trying to sell you something, and you were not expecting them, please call the security guardhouse immediately. Those persons are trespassing and will be arrested as quickly as possible by the Lee County Sheriff’s Department.
Automobile and golf cart garage doors must be closed at all times except when actively being used (Article VII, Section 12 of the Hunters Ridge Master Declaration). The Lee County Sheriff’s Department cannot emphasize this enough! This is where a large number of burglaries take place throughout Lee County.
Please know that every non-resident must show a photo ID to gain entry. This also includes those listed on your Permanent Guest List, so please let those individuals know accordingly. There is space provided on the Security Information Form for your permanent guests and also those vendors who come into the community on a regular basis, i.e. home watch service, pool service, landscaping service, etc.
If you notice anything unusual, please call the Security Guardhouse immediately. Also, every visitor/non-resident automobile must have a Hunters Ridge pass displayed on the windshield at all times. There are different colored passes for the various types of visitors/non-residents, but if you ever notice a vehicle without the pass displayed, please call the Security Guardhouse immediately.
Please also remember that no vehicles of any type are to be parked on the roadways, at any time, throughout the entire Hunters Ridge development. Please obey all posted speed limits within the community.
Security Information
We have two entry points into our Community. Our Security Gate on Hunters Ridge Blvd. is manned 24 hours a day/seven days a week for entry into the community. The gate on Bonita Grande Drive is unmanned and is closed from 10:00pm to 6:00am, daily. All vehicles must use the main Security Gate during that time. We are in the process of installing a new security entrance system. The RFID tag entrance system will greatly enhance our security within the community, and we will let you know as soon as it is operational.

Vehicle Decals
All homeowner vehicles must display a current Hunters
Ridge Vehicle Decal and be registered by filling out the Vehicle Registration Form available at the Administration Office, the main Security Gate, or by clicking the below link. You may turn in the form to either location to receive the most current vehicle decal.

Many of our homeowners have indicated they have guests/service providers who frequently come into the community and they would like them to be permitted entry into Hunters Ridge without receiving prior telephone notification to our security guards. If this applies to you, please take a few minutes to complete the Security Information Form and list those individuals/service providers who are permitted entry at any time, including vendors who come in on a routine basis. Please return this form to the Club Administration Office or to the Security Department at your earliest convenience. This form must be update on an annual basis by November 1 of each year, and all previous forms will be discarded at that time. Please click on the link below to print a copy of the form:
